Ohio dairy farmers are invited to attend an important annual industry meeting hosted by the Ohio Dairy Producers Association. The event brings together farmers, industry partners, and sponsors to review current industry conditions and discuss future opportunities for dairy production in the state.
The annual meeting will take place at the Shisler Conference Center in Wooster, Ohio. All Ohio dairy farmers are encouraged to attend, whether or not they are members of the association.
Lunch will be provided through sponsor support, allowing participants to network and learn in a relaxed environment.
During the meeting, speakers will examine the overall state of Ohio’s dairy industry. Topics will include ongoing initiatives designed to expand dairy processing capacity within the state.
These efforts are focused on ensuring that processing growth aligns with on-farm expansion, helping farmers remain competitive and profitable. Attendees will also receive important updates on state and federal policies that affect dairy operations, regulations, and future planning.
Immediately following the annual meeting, participants are encouraged to stay for the Ohio Dairy Quality Conference. This two-day conference offers additional learning opportunities that build on the discussions from the annual meeting.
The program features updates on animal health, regulatory compliance, on-farm innovations, and business development strategies that are important for modern dairy operations.
The first afternoon session begins shortly after the conclusion of the annual meeting, and a sponsored dinner event provides further networking and discussion opportunities.
The conference continues the following day, allowing farmers to gain deeper insight into best management practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Together, these events provide a complete learning experience for Ohio dairy producers. They offer a chance to stay informed about industry changes, improve farm management practices, and connect with other dairy professionals from across the state.
Farmers who attend will gain valuable knowledge that supports long-term success, sustainability, and growth within Ohio’s dairy sector. Registration is encouraged to ensure participation in both the annual meeting and the Dairy Quality Conference.
