The January program will address several important topics that affect farm planning and business operations. These include Farmer Bridge Assistance, federal farm program updates, and management planning priorities for the 2026 season.
The session will also cover mediation and arbitration clauses for farm contracts, 1099 tax reporting updates, common balance sheet errors, and winter program updates that can help farmers prepare for the year ahead.
A team of experienced speakers will lead the discussion, including Bruce Clevenger, Ellen Essman, Peggy Hall, Jeff Lewis, David Marrison, Robert Moore, Eric Richer, Clint Schroeder, and Barry Ward. These professionals will provide practical guidance and answer common questions related to farm law, finances, and management practices.
The webinar is designed for farmers, farm managers, and agribusiness operators who want to stay informed about changes in agricultural programs, legal requirements, and financial management strategies.
By participating, attendees can gain knowledge that supports better planning, risk management, and long-term business success.
