This year’s theme, “Feeding Forages ↔ Forages Feeding Us,” focuses on innovative strategies and research to improve pasture and hay systems.
Key sessions will include managing forages after a drought, solar grazing with sheep, and insights from local farmers on hay, beef, and dairy production. Experts from The Ohio State University and the Nature Conservancy will present cutting-edge research and solutions to current challenges.
Featured keynote speakers include:
- Dr. Chris Teutsch, Forage Professor at the University of Kentucky
- Dr. Emma Matcham, State Extension Forage Specialist
- Dr. Marília Chiavegato, Agroecosystem Management Professor, The Ohio State University
