OSU Extension Clark County and The Tecumseh Land Trust are organizing a “Planning for the Future of Your Farm” workshop. This session is tailored to help farm families develop strategies for estate and succession planning, ensuring smooth transfers of ownership, management, and assets to future generations.
The workshop will cover essential topics such as:
- Setting goals for estate and succession planning
- Managing transitions of control and planning for the unexpected
- Communication and conflict management during farm transfers
- Understanding legal tools and strategies
- Building your planning team and selecting an attorney
- Organizing affairs for effective farm succession
Workshop Details
The event is hosted by OSU Extension Clark County.
$80 base fee for two family members, including lunch, refreshments, and course materials. Additional family members can join for $20 each.
Pre-registration is required due to limited seating. Participants are encouraged to secure their spots early.
