Madison County Farm Bureau is dedicated to helping local farmers and residents address challenges affecting their lives. As part of its ongoing efforts, the Bureau hosts regular policy development meetings to discuss key agricultural issues in the county. The goal is to surface these concerns and identify potential solutions that can be implemented to support both the farming community and the broader population.
On Friday, June 6, 2025, the Farm Bureau is hosting a policy development meeting at Beck's Hybrids in London, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for individuals with expertise in agriculture to share their thoughts on the county’s pressing needs. The event will run from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with a time limit of 3 minutes per speaker, ensuring that all participants can contribute effectively.
The meeting will focus on identifying key agricultural challenges in the area, such as land use, resource management, and the impact of climate change on farming practices. The Farm Bureau encourages those involved in farming, community services, and related fields to attend and provide valuable insights that will help shape future policy.
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can still share your thoughts by sending your suggestions to the Madison County Farm Bureau by mail or email. Simply submit your input to P.O. Box 368, Hilliard, OH 43026, or email madison@ofbf.org.
Please RSVP by May 28, 2025, by calling 800-451-8908 or emailing madison@ofbf.org. This is an excellent chance to make your voice heard and contribute to the future of farming in Madison County.
