The Vintage Ohio Festival is inviting volunteers to participate in its upcoming event scheduled for August 7 and 8, 2026, at Lake Farmpark in Kirtland, near Cleveland. This festival offers an exciting opportunity for individuals and nonprofit groups to contribute, enjoy the event, and receive valuable rewards.
Volunteers can support the event in different roles while helping ensure smooth operations. The organizers are especially encouraging nonprofit groups to participate. Each volunteer from such groups will receive a T-shirt, and the organization will donate $40 per shift worked to their chosen charity. This initiative not only supports the festival but also benefits community organizations.
Individuals who enjoy wine and wish to attend the event can also take part. Those who volunteer on Friday or during the first shift on Saturday will receive a T-shirt and a free entry ticket to the festival. Volunteers who work the second shift on Saturday will receive a T-shirt along with a voucher worth up to $35. This voucher can be used for tickets to one of the Ohio Wine Producers Association (OWPA) wine trails, including Tannenbaum, Wine N Bloom, Fall into Spring, Chocolate, Thyme for Wine, or upcoming themed trails. Volunteers may also choose to use the voucher toward tickets for Vintage Ohio 2027.
The festival requires assistance in multiple areas over three days. On Thursday, August 6, volunteers will help with event setup from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Friday, August 7, roles include volunteer and vendor check-ins, wine pouring, front gate management, and wine pick-up services from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On Saturday, August 8, shifts are divided into two time slots: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Volunteers will assist with check-ins, wine pouring, VIP services, front gate duties, and wine pick-up.
