The Noble County Farm Bureau celebrated its 2025 Annual Meeting on August 1 at the Floral Hall of the Noble County Fairgrounds in Caldwell.
President Jason Feldner led the meeting, where members voted on key policy proposals and elected trustees for the Board of Trustees, as well as delegates to represent the county at the Ohio Farm Bureau’s 2026 Annual Meeting.
Attendees enjoyed a dinner catered by Hog Hollow BBQ before turning their attention to important policy discussions. Topics included protecting waterways, ensuring surface owner rights, and improving broadband access for rural communities.
These issues reflect the Farm Bureau’s commitment to supporting Ohio farmers and addressing the needs of both agriculture and local residents.
The evening also highlighted the dedication of volunteers who make the organization’s work possible. Awards were presented to outstanding contributors and devoted board members. Board attendance awards were given to Don Archer, Jason Feldner, Gladys Saling, Duane Weisend, and Chris Wells for their consistent service and leadership.
Organization Director Miranda Miser praised the group’s strong volunteer spirit, noting, “Farm Bureau depends on volunteers to accomplish our goals and policies. Noble County is very blessed with dedicated people to serve on their Board of Trustees and as membership volunteers.”
The Noble County Farm Bureau continues to advance the mission of the Ohio Farm Bureau, which is to work together for Ohio farmers, strengthen agriculture, and build stronger communities.
Local residents and farmers interested in becoming members or learning more about Farm Bureau programs are encouraged to contact the Noble County office at 740-425-3681.
This annual gathering not only set the stage for future policy efforts but also celebrated the shared commitment to agriculture and community that defines the Farm Bureau’s work throughout Ohio.
