Goecke Farms, owned and operated by brothers Mark and Steve Goecke, has been recognized as the Commercial Cattleman of the Year by the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association. The award was presented during the association’s annual meeting held at the Hilton Polaris Hotel in Columbus.
Operating from Spencerville, the farm has consistently sold an average of six to eight 48,000-pound cattle loads each month, showcasing their commitment to excellence in the industry. Mark Goecke, one of the farm's owners, is set to serve another term as president of the Cattlemen’s Association executive committee in 2024.
The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association commended Goecke Farms for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the cattle industry. The recognition reflects their dedication and success in maintaining high standards in cattle farming.
