Ohio Farm Bureau Seeks Social Media Ambassadors for Young Ag Professionals Conference

Ohio Farm Bureau is seeking social media ambassadors to provide an inside look at the 2024 Young Ag Professionals Winter Leadership Experience (WLE) in Columbus. The WLE is a two-day conference for young agriculturalists from across the state to learn about leadership, networking, and advocacy.

Ambassadors will be responsible for developing and executing a social media plan throughout the conference, utilizing a variety of platforms to engage with attendees and share conference content. They will also be responsible for creating live Story content for competitions, key events, and entertainment.

Ambassadors will receive complimentary conference registration, a $400 stipend, and two branded OFBF shirts. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other ambassadors and Ohio Farm Bureau social media specialists to curate cohesive content for the OFBF social media pages.

The application deadline is September 10, 2023. To apply, interested candidates should create a portfolio including a brief cover letter highlighting their interest in the program and experience with social media, a resume with relevant experience, and linked social media handles intended to promote conference content.

This is a great opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and to learn more about the agricultural industry. If you are interested in applying, please visit the Ohio Farm Bureau website for more information.
