The Conservation Tillage and Technology Conference (CTTC) will take place on March 11-12, 2025, at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. The event will focus on cost-saving strategies, improving soil health, and advancing conservation practices in agriculture.
Keynote Speakers and Topics
The conference will feature Fred Yoder, a no-till farmer and former National Corn Growers Association president, who will discuss the economic benefits of continuous no-till farming, as well as updates on USDA leadership and the Farm Bill.
Other key speakers include:
- Jeff Duling, an Ohio farmer, sharing how he improves yields on challenging soils using no-till and cover crops.
- Connor Sible, University of Illinois, presenting research on residue management in high-yield corn production.
- Etienne Herrick-Sutton, University of Missouri, discussing the future of regenerative agriculture.
- Rodrigo Werle, University of Wisconsin, covering strategies for managing Waterhemp in soybeans.
Conference Sessions and Highlights
CTTC will feature four concurrent sessions each day, covering:
- Soil Health, Cover Crops, and No-Till
- Nutrient Management and Crop Management
- Precision Agriculture and Technology
- Water Quality and Regenerative Agriculture
The conference will start with a general session at 8:30 a.m. on March 11, where the Master Farmer Awards and Ohio CCA of the Year will be announced.

CTTC 2025 will provide hands-on learning, networking with industry experts, and one-on-one discussions with speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors. Farmers and agricultural professionals are encouraged to attend and bring family members or colleagues to gain valuable insights.
