Ohio State University Extension has launched a new online course, "Farm On," aimed at providing aspiring farmers in Ohio with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the agricultural industry.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including business planning, crop and livestock management, soil health, and marketing. It also includes virtual farm tours and access to online resources and support networks.
Designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by beginning farmers in Ohio, the "Farm On" course is available statewide and can be completed at participants' own pace.
