Jeramy Furlong of Union, Ohio, has been appointed as the Director of IT Operations for the Ohio Farm Bureau. In his new role, Furlong will manage the daily functions of the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of the organization’s information systems.
He will oversee the development and implementation of IT policies, aiming to enhance the availability and efficiency of IT services supporting core operations.
Before joining Ohio Farm Bureau as an IT consultant in May, Furlong worked as an IT manager with the organization’s business partner, G2O.
His extensive career spans over 15 years, during which he has held various IT management and leadership roles. Furlong also holds multiple certifications in diverse areas of information technology, showcasing his expertise and dedication to advancing the field.
Ohio Farm Bureau is the largest farm and food membership organization in the state. Its mission is to work collaboratively to advance agriculture and strengthen communities throughout Ohio.
Furlong’s appointment as IT Director aligns with this mission, as his skills will enhance technological support for the organization and its members.
