The Ohio Ag Net proudly introduces the 2025 team of Student FFA Reporters who will be covering the Ohio FFA State Convention. These five students will partner with Ag Net staff to report on key events through interviews, photography, social media updates, and more, gaining valuable agricultural communication experience along the way.
Returning Reporters:
Sydney Beiting – East Clinton FFA
Sydney Beiting, a senior at East Clinton High School and student at Southern State Community College, returns for another year as a Student FFA Reporter. As Chapter President, she has been involved in public speaking, dairy judging, and ag communications.
Outside of FFA, she plays varsity sports, participates in academic team, and is active in student council and National Honor Society. Sydney plans to attend The Ohio State University to major in agricultural communications and become an agricultural journalist.
Alexis White – Fort Frye FFA
Alexis White, a junior and Chapter Vice President, will continue her leadership role next year. She’s been active in soil judging, livestock judging, and public speaking. Outside of FFA, Alexis participates in church, honor societies, and 4-H. She plans to pursue careers in agricultural business and communications.
New Reporters:
Cole Bauman – Liberty Center FFA
Cole Bauman, a sophomore and incoming Chapter Vice President, brings experience in public speaking and job interview contests. Outside of FFA, he is a school sports broadcaster, active in 4-H, quiz team, student government, and FBLA.
Tara Kremer – New Bremen FFA
Tara Kremer, also a sophomore, will serve as Chapter Secretary next year. She’s involved in cross country, 4-H, Junior Fair Board, and livestock judging. Tara is passionate about FFA and enjoys sharing that passion with others.
Emily Lichtle – Crestview FFA
Emily Lichtle, a junior, returns as Chapter Reporter and participates in Student Council, National Honor Society, dance, and cheerleading. She maintains high academic success and is dual enrolled at Rhodes State College.
These talented youth will represent the future of agricultural media at this year’s convention.
