The Quality Assurance Training meeting organized by the Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau seems to have been a successful and well-attended event, with 160 4-H, FFA students, and parents participating. The collaboration with various partners, including OSU Extension- Jackson County, Jackson Ag Service, Nationwide Select Partner- Virgil Hamilton Insurance, and Show FresH20, highlights the community effort put into organizing such events.
Maddie Allman, the OSU Extension 4-H Educator, played a crucial role in training Farm Bureau volunteers and leading the Quality Assurance (QA) training. The involvement of Atomic Credit Union, discussing their Buckaroos Loan program with parents, adds an educational and informative aspect to the event, demonstrating a holistic approach to community engagement.
Recognition is given to Midway Quick Mart, Papa John’s Pizza, and The Filling Station for their contributions, donating pizza for the kids. This kind of support from local businesses enhances the community partnership and makes the event more enjoyable for the participants.
The event reflects a positive collaboration between various organizations, businesses, and the community, contributing to the education and development of young individuals involved in 4-H and FFA programs.
